Cancellation Policy:

We ask that you please give a minimum of 3 hours notice if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment.

We reserve the right to bill no-shows and last-minute cancels as follows:

• 1st Occurrence: 50% of the service cost

• Subsequent Occurrences: 100% of the service cost

• If this becomes a habit, we may require a full non-refundable deposit at the time of booking the appointment.

• Additionally, If you are late for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge for the services you scheduled and stop at the scheduled appointment ending time, even if we do not have time to complete the full service.

We understand that sometimes things happen that are beyond your control. Fees may be waived at the discretion of your service provider.
