Thai massage is typically done while the client is fully clothed & on a comfortable mat on the floor. The therapist works along a series of acupressure points (sen) throughout the body and also performs joint mobilization and stretching. Although it is not "yoga", it has sometimes been described as like "having yoga done to you". Thai reflexology is performed on the feet and lower leg and clients are either reclined in a chair or lying down.

Myofascial release is a treatment that targets restrictions in the fascia that often cause chronic pain and discomfort. A gentle, sustained pressure is applied to points of restriction, stimulating the stretch reflex in the fascia and allowing the connective tissue to release.

Fertility massage is not just for women trying to conceive. It can help regulate hormones, relieve digestive issues, cramps, irregular menstrual cycle/flow, help ease pain from endometriosis, and lessen the symptoms of premenopause. It can help women with issues due to PCOS, endometriosis, tilted uterus, unexplained infertility, blocked fallopian tubes, and more.

This cost is for your initial Fertility massage session (or if it has been over a month since your most recent session) You can expect this session to be a bit longer, between 40-45 minutes. It will begin with a caster oil pack and reflexology, and then I will do abdominal massage and possibly some Thai massage/acupressure depending on your particular situation.
Cost is $25 for a single follow-up session within the same month as your initial session. It will automatically book for 30 minutes, which includes the caster-oil pack.
This is for a package of THREE follow up sessions which must be used within the same month. These would ideally be used within 7-10 days (for example, you could get your initial massage on a Friday then MWF of the following week). It includes about 15-20 minutes of massage time, You are welcome to arrive to your session early to use your caster-oil pack for longer beforehand, or use one at home before you arrive (We can discuss this at your initial session)
FAKTR (Functional And Kinetic Treatment with Rehabilitation) uses instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization- treating in the position of provocation (pain, loss of range of motion, feeling of tightness within the fascia/soft tissues) and during motion to treat common disorders of the muskuloskeletal system and complicated injuries quickly and easily with impressive results.

Infrared saunas are a safe and effective tool for natural healing and pain/illness prevention. Far infrared heat is often used for detox, pain relief, to ward off colds, and even to help burn calories. Include a guided meditation and essential oils to really "sweat with intention" (+$5)
Sauna sessions are automatically scheduled for 30 minutes, but depending on our schedule you can often stay in longer (if desired)

Relax with this simple seaweed wrap which includes a 20 minute head/foot massage while you are wrapped, a quick shower, and then a 30 minute full body relaxation massage/moisturizing cream application.
Exfoliate your skin and stimulate muscles with a full body salt scrub and moisturizing seaweed wrap. While relaxing in the warm seaweed cocoon, you will receive a 20 minute massage for your head/neck/feet. After showering, relax with a 50 minute full body massage.
Allow paraffin to sooth your hands as you receive 30 minutes of foot reflexology. Next, relax in the sauna for up to 30 minutes to allow your body to detox and pores to open. Once you finish, get a full body salt scrub and moisturizing seaweed wrap with aromatherapy head/foot massage. During this time, we can play a guided meditation for you if you'd like! You will then shower and finish with a 60 minute full body massage. ($200)
